Are you an experienced AW139 Co-Pilot ready to operate in a professional offshore environment?
At our Den Helder base, you will perform scheduled shuttle flights supporting offshore Oil & Gas operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency and customer service. You will operate in a highly structured and safety-driven environment where professionalism and teamwork are essential.
Please note: Due to operational requirements, candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Den Helder base.
As an AW139 Co-Pilot, you are responsible for executing flights in the safest and most cost-effective manner, in full compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures and operational standards.
Execute flights in accordance with SOPs, limitations and performance requirements
Assisting the pilot-in-command with administrative flight duties
Understanding the client’s business & needs, under the decision and supervision of the Chief Pilot
Maintain full familiarity with national and international aviation legislation, agreed aviation practices and local procedures
Operate in accordance with the Operations Manual, FOM, FOIs and company procedures
Respect company policies including Code of Conduct, Safety, Quality and Drugs & Alcohol policies
Support the pilot-in-command in maintaining a proper standard of crew discipline, conduct and personal appearance
Act responsible to the pilot-in-command in assisting to conduct an efficient flight
Support offshore Oil & Gas operations as assigned by the Chief Pilot
Remain flexible for operational needs
Lead by example and promote team spirit
Adapt to local culture, environment and client needs
Qualifications
EASA CPL(H) License - mandatory
UK CPL(H) License - desirable
EASA Class 1 Medical - mandatory
UK CAA Class 1 Medical - desirable
Multi-Engine Instrument Rating - mandatory
AW139 Type Rating
English Proficiency Level 4
Total expected flight hours:
Min. 500 hours total flight time on helicopters
Min. 500 hours Multi-engine helicopter
Competencies
Strong ICT skills (aviation software & administrative systems)
Dutch language skills (preferred but not mandatory)
Safety-first mindset
Professional, customer-oriented attitude
Flexible and operationally resilient (e.g. for double crewing, standby storm duties ...)
Team player
