🚨 Opportunity for EASA B1.3 / B2 Engineers | Airbus H175 | Line & Base Maintenance | Northern Europe 🚁

We are seeking EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers with an Airbus H175 type rating to join our engineering team in a unique dual-role position combining offshore operational support and base maintenance activities.

This opportunity offers the ideal balance between dynamic line maintenance operations and structured base maintenance work at our Hangar 5 facility in Ostend, Belgium.

As part of the role, you will support our offshore wind operations as a Flying Spanner, travelling with flight crews across Northern Europe, primarily in The Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Poland. You will provide frontline technical support, troubleshooting, and defect rectification. Between offshore assignments, you will be integrated into the Hangar 5 maintenance team, contributing to scheduled maintenance, modifications, inspections, and continuous airworthiness activities on the Airbus H175 fleet.

The position operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off roster, providing variety, operational exposure, and an excellent work-life balance.

We are looking for engineers who enjoy both the operational challenges of line maintenance and the technical depth of a modern helicopter maintenance facility.

Responsibilities and Main Results Areas

·  Perform line and base maintenance and modifications on aircraft and components as per work orders;

·  Perform effective troubleshooting based on pilot reports and system indications;

·  Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out to helicopters following all approved maintenance data procedures (MOE) and airworthiness regulations;

·  Ensure that all maintenance is completed within the appropriate time scales to have a serviceable aircraft that meets the operational need;

·  Accurately certify completed tasks and ensure proper documentation in the work pack;

·  Ensure proper handling, segregation, and documentation of removed/installed components;

·  Adhere to safety standards, report hazards and occurrences via the NHV reporting system;

·  Ensure briefing and debriefing of the Maintenance Lead and report daily on the maintenance situation;

·  Inform and update the Maintenance Lead on the maintenance situation;

·  Certify B1.3 category maintenance activities in accordance with the regulations;

·  On request and ad hoc, also performing line maintenance duties;

·  Work independently when performing in a less controlled environment and take initiative to improve work, show flexibility within the team to complete tasks within appropriate time scales.

·  Responsible for complying with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and controls and supporting information security objectives

Skills and Experience

Experience

·  Relevant experience as a licensed engineer is essential.

·  Practical experience working on Airbus aircraft type is essential.

·  Experience working in a line maintenance environment is essential.

·  Engineering experience in different aviation companies is desirable.

Skills

·  EASA Part 66 B1.3 License (UK Part-66 B1.3 license is desirable);

·  At least one aircraft type endorsed on license (Airbus H175 type is desirable);

·  ICT literate (Rusada Envision knowledge is desirable)

·  Languages: English (professional level)

·  Accuracy and reliability;

·  Flexibility;

·  Easily combine working in a team and the ability to work independently.
