NHV Group is a European based helicopter service provider, specialised in business-to-business helicopter services both offshore & onshore.
NHV is looking for a Technical Auditor to support the independent assessment of compliance, effectiveness and continuous improvement across our Part-145 Maintenance Organisation, Part-147 Training Organisation and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, conduct and follow up on audits in accordance with the approved Compliance Monitoring Programme.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled audits across Part-145, Part-147 and CAMO organisations.
Verify compliance with aviation regulations, company procedures and approved exposition requirements.
Assess the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions and monitor their closure.
Identify systemic issues, emerging compliance risks and opportunities for improvement.
Support risk-based audit planning and compliance monitoring activities.
Prepare audit reports, compliance monitoring records, audit schedules and follow-up reports.
Support mandatory recurring reporting and follow up on Company Authorisation Card (CAC) systems.
Participate in authority, supplier and customer audits.
Support the integration of Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Contribute to safety investigations, risk assessments and the identification of safety trends.
Promote a positive safety and reporting culture throughout the organisation.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting Part-145, Part-147 and CAMO activities.
Support procedural improvements and exposition amendments.
Provide compliance guidance to operational departments and promote standardisation across NHV locations.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within a maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness organisation.
Recognised aviation technical qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience).
Strong knowledge of Part-145, Part-147, CAMO, Compliance Monitoring, Human Factors and Safety Management Systems.
Previous auditing experience is an advantage.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with ERP and compliance management systems such as Rusada and Q-Pulse is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of EASA and/or UK CAA regulations.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an advantage.
Valid European driver's licence.
Strong planning, organisational and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and objectively.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
